GENTLE

All Skill Levels

Movement is slow, linked with breath, and we enter into the postures gradually. We may move in and out of a pose and then find a holding position. This preparation and fluid entry into postures protects and nurtures joints, muscles, and connective tissue. GENTLE yoga is suitable for all levels, including the newer yogi.

RESTORE

All Skill Levels

Enter stressed and tight, leave relaxed and renewed in your body and mind. RESTORE is a combination of gentle yin and restorative postures that use a variety of props to create shapes in the body which promote relaxation, elongation of muscle, and fascial release, along with targeted breathing techniques. 

ROCK AND ROLL FLOW

All Skill Levels

Flow to the rhythm of your breath in this upbeat, music-driven class! Each week brings a new rock-inspired theme, pairing mindful movement with a curated playlist to keep you flowing. The 50-minute practice is fun and energizing and ends with an extended cool-down to help you unwind. Open to all levels, this Saturday morning class is the perfect mix of movement, music, and relaxation.

SLOW FLOW

All Skill Levels

Vinyasa flow (breath to movement) in a slow and intentional practice that pauses in each posture for additional breathing space and opportunity for alignment. You will find new strength, balance and breath control in a FLOW SLOW class.

YINFLOW

All Skill Levels

A fusion practice that combines two different styles of yoga. Yin targets joints and connective tissues, while Flow focuses on muscles and blood flow. YINFLOW can help with flexibility, strength and balancing energy.

HOLY YOGA

All Skill Levels

Connect to God through breath and movement. HOLY YOGA uses guided scripture meditation to center your mind and spirit as you move through a combination of slow flows and restorative postures.

STRENGTH AND STABILITY FLOW

All Skill Levels

Discover new strength and stamina in familiar poses as we add gentle weights and props for greater resistance.  Breath work, balance and stability in this practice will create a heightened mind-body awareness as well as promote muscle and bone health for longevity. 

REAL YIN

Traditional yin yoga that targets deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. Poses are held for a longer period of time to stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through mild discomfort and sit quietly with your thoughts.
